Dressed
with intention.

The Approach

Not a makeover.
A strategy.

Most women don't need more clothes. They need a clearer eye on what they own, a sharper sense of what's missing, and someone who understands how they actually live.

Dressing well isn't about spending more. It's about deciding with intention — and having someone in your corner to hold that standard.

The Process

Every service follows the same arc.

Starting with how you actually live — not how you'd like to.

01

The Intake

A short form before your session covering lifestyle, budget, frustrations, and goals. The more honest you are, the better the work.

02

The Session

Zoom, FaceTime, or in person. We look at your wardrobe together, identify what's working and what isn't, and map a clear direction forward.

03

The Lookbook

A clean PDF of curated outfits built from what you own, with shopping notes and links for any genuine gaps. Built for real life, not Pinterest.

04

The Follow-Up

A message window after delivery to answer questions, confirm fits, or adjust the direction if something isn't landing.

How It Works

Clear terms.
No surprises.

The white-glove service is built on a simple agreement that protects your time and mine. Here's what that looks like in practice.

The Personal Shopping Agreement

Before I purchase anything, you sign a simple agreement covering your approved budget, the 5-day try-on window, and confirmation that kept items are billed at retail. No surprises.

The Shopping Deposit

A $250 refundable deposit is collected before I shop — credited in full toward kept items, or refunded entirely if you keep nothing.

The Try-On Window

You have 5 days from delivery to decide. Items not returned within that window are considered kept and billed accordingly.

I Handle Every Return

Anything you don't keep comes back to me. You never deal with a return label, a drop-off, or a restocking window. That's the whole point.

Photography Sessions & White Glove

If White Glove items are sourced for a photography session, a pre-shoot review is required before the shoot begins. We confirm together which pieces are going on set — those items are final sale. Worn items cannot be returned regardless of shoot outcome. Anything not selected goes back to me before you start. This is confirmed in your Personal Shopping Agreement before I shop.

The White Glove Experience

You don't shop.
You don't return.
You just decide what stays.

I source every piece based on your lookbook, bring everything directly to you, and take back anything that doesn't work. You try things on in your own home, in your own light — and keep only what you love.

01

I Source

After your session and lookbook are complete, I shop every piece — in store and online — against your specific brief and budget.

02

I Deliver

I bring everything to you in person. We go through it together or you try on your own — your choice. A 5-day decision window from delivery.

03

You Keep What You Love

You pay retail price only for what you keep. I personally handle every return — you hand back what you don't want and that's the end of it.

Common Questions

Before you book.

Do I need to buy anything new?

Not necessarily. Every session starts with what you already own. We identify what's actually working, what can be restyled, and what's genuinely worth replacing. The lookbook reflects your real wardrobe first.

How does the Brand + Shoot Consult work with my photographer?

The model is a partnership: I handle the wardrobe and styling, your photographer handles the creative direction and lens. I'll prepare a custom brief covering outfits, layering options, and change sequencing — so your photographer has exactly what they need before you start. If you don't have a photographer yet, I can connect you with vetted partners in the Detroit area.

What's the return policy when White Glove items are used in a shoot?

Before any shoot begins, we do a pre-shoot review together to confirm which pieces are going on set. Items selected for the shoot are final sale — worn items cannot be returned regardless of outcome. Anything not selected is returned before you start, following the standard White Glove process. This is outlined in your Personal Shopping Agreement.

What if I'm virtual but interested in White Glove?

White Glove personal shopping is currently available in Detroit and Grand Rapids only. Virtual sessions (The Virtual Reset, The Signature Reset, Brand + Shoot Consult) are available nationwide with no geographic restriction.

How much should I budget for clothing?

That's part of the intake. Your budget is yours — I work within it, not around it. The lookbook and shopping direction are built against whatever number you've set, with items prioritized by impact per dollar.

How do I prepare for my session?

You'll receive a short intake form after booking. Set aside 10–15 minutes to fill it out honestly — lifestyle, frustrations, what you're avoiding in your closet, and what you wish you wore more. The more specific you are, the sharper the work.
