Sorriso Enterprises LLC respects intellectual property rights and expects the same of others. This notice explains how to report copyright infringement on our Sites, how we protect our own original content, and how to reach our Designated Copyright Agent.
1. Our Content & Copyright
All original content published on oliviamjs.com and shopsorriso.com — including the OMJS Case Files editorial framework, written investigations, photography, branding, logos, and any original creative work produced under the Sorriso Enterprises LLC umbrella — is protected under U.S. copyright law and is the exclusive property of Sorriso Enterprises LLC.
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, public display, or derivative use of our content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to: screenshotting and reposting Case Files content, reproducing written copy, and using our photography or brand assets without authorization.

2. Reporting Copyright Infringement
In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512), if you believe content appearing on our Sites infringes your copyright, please submit a written notice to our Designated Copyright Agent that includes all of the following:
– A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative
– Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
– Identification of the specific material on our site that you claim is infringing, with sufficient detail for us to locate it (URL preferred)
– Your contact information: name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address
– A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
– A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf
3. Designated Copyright Agent
DMCA takedown notices must be sent directly to our Designated Copyright Agent. Notices sent to other addresses may not receive a timely response and may not trigger safe harbor protections.

4. Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notification to our Designated Agent. Counter-notifications must comply with the requirements of 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3) and must include:
– Your physical or electronic signature
– Identification of the material that was removed and its prior location on our site
– A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
– Your name, address, phone number, and a statement that you consent to federal district court jurisdiction
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed content within 10–14 business days unless the original complaining party seeks a court order.
5. Repeat Infringers
It is the policy of Sorriso Enterprises LLC to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, access for users who are repeat copyright infringers.
