– Squarespace — website platform used to operate OliviaMJS, including any email capture or contact forms on that site. Data submitted through Squarespace-powered forms is processed in accordance with Squarespace’s privacy policy at squarespace.com/privacy.
– Google Analytics — used to analyze site traffic and usage. Data collected is processed by Google in accordance with their privacy policies.
– Social media platforms — if you interact with the Sites through Instagram, Pinterest, or other social platforms, those platforms may collect data pursuant to their own privacy policies.
– Affiliate networks — if you click an affiliate link and make a purchase, the affiliated platform may receive data necessary to track and attribute that transaction.

Email subscriber data for Shop Sorriso is managed through Klaviyo and retained for as long as you remain subscribed. Subscriber data for OliviaMJS collected via Squarespace is retained in accordance with Squarespace’s data practices. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send. Upon unsubscribing, your data will be removed from active mailing lists, though it may be retained in archived records for a limited period as required by applicable law or platform terms.
Order-related data collected through Shop Sorriso is retained in accordance with Shopify’s data retention practices and applicable tax and business record requirements.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, including the right to:
